While your aircraft is in scheduled maintenance:

• Schedule aircraft into maintenance facility.  
• Represent the owner and aircraft while undergoing maintenance.
• Preview work scope prior to aircraft arrival.
• Review Proposal and estimates prior to work commencing.
• Ensure all inspections and discrepancies are accurately documented.
• Review all post maintenance MTRs and work reports prior to aircraft return to service.
• Audit invoice for accuracy prior to submitting it to the aircraft owner.
• Perform a final walk around of the aircraft prior to the flight crew arrival.

Coordinate with OEM maintenance facility AOG or GO teams to expedite repairs and return the aircraft to service.

• Maintain communications between services provider and flight crew allowing the flight crew to focus on the travel needs of the principal.
• Coordinate with technicians on troubleshooting to ensure we all stay focused on the discrepancy.
• Review all estimates for fair and accurate pricing.
• Review all post maintenance MTRs and work reports prior to aircraft return to service.
• Audit final invoice for accuracy prior to submitting it to the aircraft owner.

Aircraft Purchasing

• Assist purchaser with sourcing the right aircraft to fit your mission and desires.
• Represent Buyer with LOI and Purchase agreement negotiations.
• Perform General visual inspection of the aircraft prior to executing LOI or purchase agreement.
• Perform general records review focusing on aircraft damage history and accuracy of the logbooks.
• Represent the purchaser during the Pre-Purchase inspection at an OEM service facility.
• Review Pre-Purchase inspection agreement prior to buyer execution.
• Recommend optional inspection items based on aircraft hours, geographical location of the aircraft, and review of logbooks.
• Represent the buyer during the Pre-Purchase inspection.
• On Site representation of the buyer while the aircraft is in Pre-Purchase at an OEM service facility.
• Review ALL discrepancies generated from the inspection for Airworthiness.
• Coordination of repairs for all airworthy discrepancies with the seller and maintenance facility.
• Review all estimates for accuracy.
• Complete visual inspection of all repairs.
• Audit Buyer's final invoice for accuracy.
• Perform aircraft walk around for preflight safety and aircraft cleanliness.

Aircraft Sales

• Represent the seller during the Pre-Purchase Inspection.
• On-site representation of the seller during the Pre-Purchase inspection.
• Review all discrepancies generated from the inspection for Airworthiness.
• Coordination of repairs for all airworthy discrepancies with the buyer and maintenance facility.
• Review all estimates for accuracy.
• Complete visual inspection of all repairs.
• Audit Seller's final invoice for accuracy.
